There is no WE here.  It was Paul Ryan's idea to pursue healthcare first.  Ryan is a feckless moron that has accomplished little while in Congress.

Stand up Mr. Trump and lead these feckless idiots.

  EXACTLY!!!  Who is this WE? He is exempt from obamacare...all of congress is and so is their staff.  Make them have it too. Then watch them change obamacare.

I have been reading that he might be able to do that, make them all have obamacare. Doesn't the HHS secretary have the power to do as they see fit? Wonder if he could do it?
