Secretary of State Hillary Clinton blamed an ?awful? internet video for the deaths of four Americans in the terror attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi.

Hillary made the comments just three days after the assault on the compound that killed Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

The State Department released a phone transcipt this week that proves Hillary Clinton knew the Benghazi massacre was a planned attack and not a protest.

Judicial Watch obtained the documents this week.

FBI: among the most ethically challenged Hillary emails: Selling Access

MEMO TO THE FBI: The head of a Canadian company with an enormous interest in Africa....in the Congo's mining and oil sector.....Lukas Lundin of Lundin Mining.....announced a $100 million donation to the Clinton Foundation on the heels of Hillary/s first presidential campaign....as she became Secy of State.

After the Congolese government attempted to regain control of its own mines, the State Department intervened on behalf of Lundin Mining and another mining company, Freeport Mines, also a Clinton foundation donor.

A round of talks in 2010, thought to be aided by the Clinton State Department, concluded with the pair of well- connected companies (Clinton Foundation donors) retaining their stakes in the mines and with the Congolese government being shut out of its own resources. A key aide of Hillary Clinton emailed classified information about the government in Congo to a staffer at the Clinton Foundation in 2012, according to a copy of the correspondence obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Cheryl Mills, Clinton/s chief of staff at the State Department, sent the email to the Clinton Foundation?s foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai, on July 12, 2012.

The message, which was originally obtained by the group Citizens United through a public records request, is partially redacted because it includes foreign government information that has been classified Confidential by the State Department......but was not marked classified by the State Department until this past summer, intelligence sources tell the Free Beacon that it would have been classified at the time Mills sent it because foreign government information is considered classified from inception.

The message could add to concerns from congressional and FBI investigators about whether former Secretary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while at the State Department.

About half of the forwarded message was redacted due to its classified nature before the State Department released it to Citizens United last month. Although it is not clear what the redacted section includes, the State Department said in a court motion filed last week that it concerns both foreign government information and critical aspects of U.S. foreign relations, including U.S. foreign activities carried out by officials of the U.S. Government.

The State Department added that the disclosure of this information has the potential to damage and inject friction into our bilateral relationship with African countries whose cooperation is important to U.S. national security.

The Clinton Foundation and the State Department did not respond to request for comment about the email, or say whether Desai...a non-government employee who has worked at the foundation since 2007....would have been authorized to view Confidential information.

According to the Washington Post, Nides, who was deputy secretary for management and resources at the State Department, was at the same time responsible for ?communications with donors? to the Clinton Foundation.

Nides was also involved in the scandal involving Clinton?s efforts to provide special access to State Department officials for hedge fund clients of her son-in-law, Marc Mezvinsky.

THE CLINTON CORZINE CONNECTION: The NY Post reported Dec 2011 that Teneo was advising MF Global, the doomed international brokerage firm headed by former New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine (and ex-US Senator). The firm paid Teneo an eye-popping $125,000 a month as it was imploding and losing millions for its investors. Bill Clinton was also pocketing at MF Global--- an astounding $50,000 per month.

EXHIBIT ONE Corzine was fresh out of Goldman Sachs executive suite, buying his NJ Senate seat office for $65 million; then buying the NJ governorship. Out of office, he ran a hedge fund where $1.5 B went missing....its advisor Teneo was connected to both Bill Clinton and then-Secy of State Hillary's top aide Huma Abedin.

EXHIBIT TWO When Chelsea Clinton's husband started a hedge fund, he gained access to investors who had ties to the Clintons and to Goldman Sachs. Back in 2011, Mezvinsky, now 37, and two former Goldman Sachs'ers ? Bennett Grau and Mark Mallon ? began raising money for Mezvinsky's Eaglevale Partners LP hedge fund.

Some of Mezvinsky's "investors" included Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein. Blankfein, a slavish Democrat supporter, said he had "always been a fan of Hillary Clinton."

The WSJ reported extensively on the hedge fund's underperformance since its inception and Mezvinsky's mediocre investing and strategizing.

As Rep. Mike Pompeo, who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, told Fox News:

    ?I can assure you the intelligence committee is working on determining the scope of any breaches that may have resulted from the improper handling of classified information, and the damage assessments that go with them. I think we all understand that we had classified information in channels that weren?t secure on Secretary Clinton?s homebrew server and that risk was associated with that.?

Then, Herridge explains how her sources are focused on how ?federal regulations require damage assessments after classified information is outside secure government channels, such as a personal server.?

I am not holding my breath on this. Yet if she is out of the race it will be real tough road for Trump. The base for TheBern or Warren will turn out in droves.

I disagree.  It is 1968 all over again for the Dems.  Robert Kennedy was leading and he was shot dead.  The Dems were turned upside down, and Hubert Humphrey stepped up to run for president.  He lost.

Flash forward to today, and I believe if Clinton is indicted or the FBI makes it clear she should be indicted, I believe the Dems will pick another candidate.  And the time to put a campaign together will not get the base out. 

If it is Uncle Joe, Trump will eat him alive.  And Sanders is and has always been a faux candidate.  Other than the idiot young, and the extreme left, no one wants this commie idiot.

CNN)Some of Hillary Clinton's closest aides, including her longtime adviser Huma Abedin, have provided interviews to federal investigators, as the FBI probe into the security of her private email server nears completion, U.S. officials briefed on the investigation tell CNN. The investigation is still ongoing, but so far investigators haven't found evidence to prove that Clinton willfully violated the law the U.S. officials say.
In recent weeks, multiple aides have been interviewed -- some more than once, the officials said. A date for an FBI interview of Clinton has not been set, these officials said, but is expected in the coming weeks. Abedin has cooperated with the probe, the officials said. Lawyers for Abedin declined to comment. The officials say the interviews of Clinton and her aides would be a routine part of an investigation like this.

The Clinton campaign said Thursday that they've cooperated with the Justice Department review since the beginning.

The Clinton spin machine went into high gear yesterday.  A series of leaks to the media cascaded out a day after Catherine Herridge of Fox News broke the story that Romanian hacker Guccifer told her that he had easily been able to hack into her private email server, and browse through the emails that we now know contained material of the highest classification.  Notably, NBC News had access to this information earlier, but sat on it for weeks, leaving the scoop to Fox News, which is bizarre behavior for a purported news organization.  But then again, other mainstream media largely have ignored the Fox scoop.

But they are not ignoring the leaks about Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton?s closest aide, being grilled by the FBI for two hours a month ago.  Other Clinton aides, reportedly, also have been interviewed.  Who is doing the leaking and why now are two important questions.  My gut tells me that we are being played, that it is the Clinton camp spinning the arrival of bad news via anonymous sources.

    Huma Abedin, a close aide to Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton, was questioned last month by FBI agents investigating whether classified material was mishandled on the private email server used by the former secretary of State and her aides, according to a person familiar with the investigation.

    Abedin was interviewed for about two hours at the FBI?s field office in Washington on April 5, according to the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

The spin began with the speed of light.

    Most legal experts, including a number of former federal prosecutors, believe that Clinton faces little risk of being prosecuted for using the private email system to conduct official business when she served as secretary of State.

    Using a private email system was not banned at the time, her supporters note, and other senior government officials also have used personal email to transact official business.

Hillary?s apologists in the DavidBrockosphere are mightily spinning.  The familiar and specious argument that there was no criminal intent prominently appears in many MSM accounts.  Matt Zapotosky of the Washington Post makes it his lede:

    Prosecutors and FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton?s use of a personal email server have so far found scant evidence that the leading Democratic presidential candidate intended to break classification rules, though they are still probing the case aggressively with an eye on interviewing Clinton herself, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

That is pure spin from the Clinton camp.  The relevant federal statute is based on gross negligence, a standard by which intent is irrelevant.  As Charles Cooke pointed out at NRO:

The Kremlin is debating whether to release the 20,000 emails they have hacked off of Hillary Clinton?s server.

According to a report from four days ago, beginning in 2011, the Russians began monitoring Romanian computer hacker Marcel Lazăr Lehel (aka Guccifer) after he attempted, unsuccessfully, to break into the computer system of the Russian funded RT television network.

After monitoring Guccifer, the Russians were reportedly able to record (both physically and electronically) his actions which allowed the Russian intelligence analysts, in 2013, to not only detect his breaking into the private computer of Secretary Clinton, but also break in and copy all of its contents as well.

The report notes that shortly after Russia obtained Clinton?s emails, they released a limited amount to RT TV which were published in an article in March 2013, titled

Senior Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and her lawyer walked out of a recent interview with the FBI about Clinton's private email system after an investigator asked a question Mills believed to be off limits, according to a published report.

The Washington Post said that Mills and her lawyer, Beth Wilkinson, returned to the interview room after a brief absence. However, the Post reported that Mills and Wilkinson asked for breaks during the interview to confer more than once.

According to the paper, the FBI investigator's questions that caused Mills and Wilkinson to walk out were related to the procedure used to produce emails for possible public release by the State Department. Mills ultimately did not answer questions about it because her attorney and Justice Department prosecutors deemed it confidential under attorney-client privilege.

FBI Director James Comey said Wednesday he feels "pressure" to complete the federal investigation into Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's private e-mail server competently and quickly.

However, Comey said the pressure is similar to other high-profile cases the bureau handles such as terrorism investigations.

"We want to do it well and we want to do it promptly. I feel pressure to do both of those things," Comey told reporters during a roundtable at FBI headquarters. "As between the two things, we will always choose 'well.'"

Comey indicated he's not taking into account political events, including the upcoming conventions or the fall election.
