Man Blames Water Park Exposure On Wardrobe Malfunction
Biggers Says He Was Adjusting His Tight Bathing Suit

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A man accused of exposing himself to a teenage girl at a local water park is out of jail and trying to explain himself.

Bradford Biggers, 51, is accused of exposing himself to a 14-year-old at Typhoon Lagoon over the weekend.

He claims he was just adjusting his tight European-style swimsuit.

"It's a very small bathing suit and all I was doing was getting in and out of it," Biggers said. He said he was in shock and that he did not expose himself to a girl.

Biggers was released on bond Monday night, but is facing a felony lewd behavior charge.

The incident is the fourth of its kind in Central Florida in recent weeks.
