Zsa Zsa Gabor started spitting up blood moments ago ... and she's being rushed by ambulance to a local hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Anhalt says there was "lots of blood coming out of her mouth" and he's worried.

Well, that is a very good reason to be worried 

Granted, he doesn't look too concerned, if that's him staring at the ambulance in that picture.

your right. That photo was not up when I posted. He should be in ambulance or in his car on the way to hospital. IMO!
