It's around noon, and I'm finally fully awake and sober.

Been nothing but a slug today myself. Watched Paul Blart: Mall Cop. Academy Award-worthy for sure. 

With a high of 111, doing much of anything is a lost cause.

I'm going to try and finish up some laundry this evening as the sun goes down and just get ready for the week.

On Tuesday, I start my new running program. So excited! Although, I'm not sure how I will do in the heat again. But the first couple of weeks are really short runs so I'll manage.
