A case involving numerous Internet images of an adult female engaged in sexual acts with two small children and a dog has led to the arrest of a 25-year-old Stacy woman.
Krystal Violet Norby was officially charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, both felonies, and one count of bestiality, a misdemeanor, by criminal complaint filed Jan. 14 with Chisago County District Court.
The Chisago County Sheriff’s Office was first alerted to the case on Jan. 7 by a United States Postal Service inspector, who relayed a report from the Child Exploitation Unit of the Toronto Police Service in Canada, according to the complaint.
The report, resulting from an undercover Internet investigation, indicated that on Dec. 21, 2010, numerous images were downloaded from an Internet file-sharing network — known to authorities as a popular program used by those trafficking in child pornography. The images depicted an adult female, later identified as Norby, engaged in sexual acts with two small children and a dog.
