Obama orders flags at half mast

In a Friday proclamation, President Obama ordered the flags on public buildings flown at half mast in honor of the victims of the shooting in Aurora, Colo "as a mark of respect."

The order applies to the "White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States," as well as military bases, embassies and consulates abroad.

that's not a breach of protocol, methinks.  bush did the same thing after fort hood.  but it doesn't hurt anything that obama can't get reelected without colorado.

even if it was a breach of protocol, who would call him on it?  Now he has a crisis he cannot let go to waste.  all the victims and family's will be used for political gain big time.  Watch him go to the funerals of any who will let him.
