revise our justice system?

 There's a huge flaw in our system of justice. Truth takes second place to winning or losing in court. To many innocents are sent to prison and far more guilty are set free, when evidence that would change the verdict is banned by a judge. It's disgusting! America should be ashamed of our whole legal system.
 The priority in every case should be to find the truth. Lawyers caught withholding evidence should be sent to prison and banned from practicing law for the rest of their lives.
 The term, "reasonable doubt", should be explained in writing to the jury and should be the same for every jury. I hear some judges explain it as any doubt whatever and others as overwhelming doubt. (not in the exact words, but the same meaning)   
 The prosecutor and the defense counsel should be on the same side in the search for truth.

 Something is terribly wrong when so many innocents are in prison and so many guilty are on the streets continuing their life of crime.
 When the truth points to guilt, the defense counsel's duty should be to try to get the lightest sentence possible under the law.

It is far worse than you think!!!  It is not only the criminal courts, but far worse and a greater travesty is family court.  I really believe judges see their mission as one where they are to destroy as many peoiples lives as possible while ensuring the attorneys can bill for the maximum amount of hours possible.

THIS IS WHY THOSE THAT SIT AS JUDGES SHOULD NOT BE LAWYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire judicial system is corrupt....and frankly, I want a revolution over it all!

Amen on that! And Lawyers should be banned from serving in any position where laws are made!

 It's the biggest conflict of interest on the planet!
