Any legislation undermining Roe Vs Wade would get shot down by the Supreme Court.

Not if one Liberal on the Court was replaced by one Conservative.

If the Republicans win in 2012, any legislation ending abortion would be shot down by the Supreme COurt, if if one more conservative is added.  How does anyone defend the 50 million +++ murders of genocide....what civilized mind can rationalize that?  But this decision has been the rule of the land for nearly 40 years.

I say the Supreme Court has entirely too much to say about life in America, but you would think they would chose to defend life over murder.  This one decision invalidates the Supreme Court in my humble opinion.  Bunch of murdering thugs!
