We do not have a strategy to win against ISIS. With 1.6 billion mussies in the world, and 60-80% of them actively or passively supporting jihad, the caliphate, or what I deem the genocidal behavior of islam, there is an endless supply of these hordes of murderers. The only way to deal with them is to vanquish them completely. This surgical strike mindset, concern about collateral damage is a fool's errand. Until the USA, NATO, and the UN get serious about totally vanquishing such animals, the civilized world will be plagued by these maggots.
