When a bank gets robbed, is it now the Justice Department?s practice to let the suspect hold on to the money while the FBI does its investigation?

According to the Washington Examiner, the Justice Department has still not seized the Clinton server and at least one thumb-drive copy of its contents even though government officials have conceded that national-defense secrets are stored on them. Former secretary of state Clinton apparently still has the server, while the thumb drive is reportedly in the possession of her private lawyer, David Kendall.

Remarkably, although these private parties are being permitted to maintain custody of classified information, the State Department has denied the intelligence community?s inspector general access to Mrs. Clinton?s e-mails ? at least, the 30,000 or so she finally deigned to surrender.

A State Department flack cited ?jurisdictional grounds? as the rationale for refusing to hand the e-mails over to the intel IG. Perish the thought that it might have anything to do with the fact that, last month, the IG found classified information on 10 percent of the small sample he was permitted to examine ? four out of 40.

Realize how cynical this is: While candidate Hillary Clinton, who unilaterally destroyed over 30,000 e-mails precisely so no one could see what was in them, runs around the country telling voters she desperately wants the State Department to make her e-mails available to the public, the State Department won?t even allow an investigator for government intelligence services to see them. After all, if the IG were allowed to investigate, the public might learn exactly how many national-defense secrets Clinton was storing on her private email system and discussing in her correspondence over that system. Can?t have that.

Judicial Watch: Hillary Clinton, Top Aides Ignore Court Request to Produce Assurances About Federal Records Under Penalty of Perjury

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - August 07, 2015) - Judicial Watch announced that the State Department today provided a status report as required by a July 31 federal court order requiring the State Department to request that Hillary Clinton and her top State Department aides Human Abedin and Cheryl Mills confirm, under penalty of perjury, that they have produced all government records in their possession, return any other government records immediately, and describe their use of Hillary Clinton's email server to conduct government business. The State Department filing shows that the agency sent the former officials the request and a copy of Judge Sullivan's order but that both Mills and Abedin, who responded through their attorneys, ignored Judge Sullivan's request to submit information under penalty of perjury. The State Department reports that Mrs. Clinton has yet to respond. Contrary to both Judge Sullivan's order and the State Department's request, Ms. Mills' attorney said that she told Ms. Mills to destroy federal records in her possession on Monday, August 10. Tonight, Judicial Watch filed an urgent response informing Judge Sullivan of this plan to destroy federal records.

The State Department produced the August 5 letter it sent to Mrs. Clinton, which included a copy of Judge Sullivan's order.

The developments come in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, the former Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). The lawsuit was reopened last month because of revelations about Hillary Clinton's email records.

This judge needs to issue a bench warrant, and have all three arrested for contempt of court.

Then, he need to order marshals to seize all items in possession by the three pertaining to the case he is requesting.  And last, not grant bail until such time he has received said items.

A controversial Clinton adviser who faced penalties for conflicts of interests under President Bill Clinton was still assisting Hillary Clinton as secretary of state, despite the fact that his consulting firm was engaged in commercial activities in countries where she worked, emails show.

Sandy Berger, who gained notoriety when he stole classified documents from the National Archives prior to testimony before the 9/11 Commission, had Hillary Clinton's personal email address and emailed her about Israel, Pakistan and terrorism in 2009.

Berger's consulting firm, the Albright Stonebridge Group, has engaged in business in more than 100 countries around the world, according to its website.

Hillary Clinton to give private email server to Justice Department

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is giving the U.S. Justice Department her private email server and a thumb drive of work-related emails from her tenure as secretary of state, a spokesman for her campaign said on Tuesday.

Clinton's use of her private email for her work as America's top diplomat came to light in March and drew fire from political opponents who accused her of sidestepping transparency and record-keeping laws.

The private account was linked to a server in her New York home. For months, Republican lawmakers have demanded that Clinton relinquish the server for inspection by an independent party, which Clinton said she was not willing to do. Some of those lawmakers quickly began issuing statements on Tuesday night, saying their concerns were vindicated as not being motivated only by politics.

The Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation both declined to comment.

Tasked with digging into the security of Hillary?s home brewed email server, the FBI investigation into presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is expanding it?s reach.

A local CBS News affiliate reports the Denver based Platte River Networks received a visit from the FBI last week regarding former Secretary Clinton?s email.

Platte River Networks handled the Clinton?s email accounts though there?s been no public explanation as to what that entailed.

It?s been confirmed by both the intelligence community and the office of the Inspector General that classified information was transmitted through Hillary Clinton?s private email account. Also true is that Hillary Clinton deleted thousands of emails prior to turning some over to the State Department for record keeping.

Platte River Networks may have copies of emails Hillary Clinton deleted.

The latest revelations about top secret information traversing Hillary Clinton's private email server have triggered accusations that someone in her "inner circle" likely stripped the classification markings, illegally.

The claims come after the Clinton campaign stuck to the argument that the Democratic presidential candidate, while secretary of state, never dealt with emails that were "marked" classified at the time.

"Hillary only used her personal account for unclassified email. No information in her emails was marked classified at the time she sent or received them," campaign Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri said in a statement to supporters Wednesday.

But a State Department official told Fox News that the intelligence community inspector general, who raised the most recent concerns about Clinton's emails, made clear that at least one of those messages contained information that only could have come from the intelligence community.

FBI reportedly takes possession of 'blank' Clinton email server

The FBI has taken possession of the personal e-mail server used by Hillary Clinton during her tenure as secretary of state, according to a published report.

Barbara Wells, an attorney for Denver-based computer services firm Platte River Networks, told The Washington Post that federal agents picked up the server from a private data center in New Jersey Wednesday afternoon. The attorney told the paper that the server "was blank" and no longer contained useful information.

"The information had been migrated over to a different server for purposes of transition," Wells told the paper. "To my knowledge the data on the old server is not available now on any servers or devices in Platte River Network?s control." Wells added that the company had cooperated with the FBI and had been told it was not a target of the investigation.

The Justice Department is looking into whether classified information was improperly stored on or passed through the server, which Clinton used for all her correspondence during her time as secretary of state.

I hope not.  She should go to prison for life, for her acts of treason are extensive.  Rest assured, because of her cavalier mindset regarding her email, assets died in the field.  I am talking about people beyond Benghazi.  It is a certainty that at least Russia and China got her emails.  Any asset mentioned in them is dead or in prison, and you can bet there were a couple dozen assets mentioned in those emails.

Clinton taking bribes for favors from foreign governments should bring her the maximum penalty for her treasonous crimes, execution.  The only question remaining is when will she be indicted?

If she were smart, and she is not, she would withdraw from the Democratic race now.  She will be a major embarrassment for the Dems as her story unfolds.  And Bill is no better.  His being a pedophile will not help either of them.

I am positive many in the field have died because of her emails.  Now the story is the FBI has her blank  server. Wouldn't it be pure justice if she goes down because of that. She was on the take out Nixon bandwagon. What was it 18 minutes of silence on that tape?  Now her server is blank......lol that would be a certain justice in a way.
