They are filling their flights, so they do not need to use customer service. For those of us that fly frequently, we have known this for two decades. Uggh!
On a similar flight years ago, I would received DOUBLE the fare to voluntarily bump off the plane....IN CASH! And be on the next plane out. Ah the good ol days! |
