There is no WE here.  It was Paul Ryan's idea to pursue healthcare first.  Ryan is a feckless moron that has accomplished little while in Congress.

  EXACTLY!!!  Who is this WE? He is exempt from obamacare...all of congress is and so is their staff.  Make them have it too. Then watch them change obamacare.

I wonder if Trump could sign an executive order requiring everyone in Congress to be subject to Obamacare, or whatever is the program of the day.

Yes, Obamacare would change real quick, and it would be bipartisan.

I have been reading that he might be able to do that, make them all have obamacare. Doesn't the HHS secretary have the power to do as they see fit? Wonder if he could do it?
