76 years ago Japan attacked Pearl Harbor.  Pearl Harbor Day, is observed annually in the United States on December 7, to remember and honor the 2,403 citizens of the United States who were killed in the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii on December 7, 1941.

Never Forget.

I have been to the U.S.S Arizona Memorial. 1972, was just a kid. I remember getting goose bumps walking thru. I asked my dad why so many of the dead had the same last name.

My dad and uncles joined the military because of Pearl Harbor. Mom and my aunts did their duty too. They all helped with the war effort.

The whole country was mobilized to defeat the Axis enemies, with everyone sacrificing along the way.
